]]> Brain Drain - DVD + Deck I’ve been playing with this recently. It is a kind of twist on the ‘Brainwave’ or ‘Invisible Deck’ concept but (to my mind) is stronger because the spectator can remove the card themselves without any worries. Very easy to do and supplied with the special deck. A worthy bonus on the accompanying DVD is performance and explanation of Martin Sanderson’s Ambitious Card routine (from the DVD Corporate Close Up which is in itself an excellent volume). Recommended. £24.99 Unripped It amazes me that there are so many versions of the torn and restored card available, but this one (with DVD) gets a special mention this month since it is half price at only £10.58. Enlightenment - By Ben Harris Everyone seems to be talking about this one at the moment, though I’ve not tried it myself. It is Ben Harris’ new take on the floating card which certainly looks incredibly visual and powerful. £49.99.
