Now we’ve got that out of the way, let’s get started on perhaps the shortest review I have ever written!

The first thing I noticed is that the ‘Explanations’ were not explained – or at least, not using words, but instead consisted of demonstrations of the move from multiple angles (maybe this is normal on a flourishing DVD? I’ve never watched one before!) and slowed down for ease of analysis.

But then as soon as I tried to describe any of the moves I can really see why that is the case. Any description I came up with was so vague as to have applied to any of the moves on the DVD. So in fact it is probably more use to show you this clip:

So I am going to leave it at this. Scott teaches 8 moves on the disk – they all look very flashy and he is clearly an extremely accomplished flourisher. But then my suspicion is – if you buy this DVD you will already know who he is and be familiar with his work.

Production values on the DVD are high – nicely shot with a variety of locations to keep it interesting. Easy to navigate with detailed sub-menus for the different views of each move.
